Introduction: organisations, manufacturing-servution and technology
The world industry is a vast terrain where humans develops his primary instincts. Each manufacturing deals with conditions relate to our ancestors history; war in marketing, leading a group of persons through victory etc. However, this contests make us more "LEAN", brushing our actions and, thus, improving our performance.
This conditions of market has developed a huge amount of tools, philosophies and techniques that help an organisation to achieve goals, decrease costs, increase profitability, in other words, be competitive. Quality management, six-sigma, Lean, Kaizen are a set of elements that push the companies to perform as, ideally, is needed. This, "stresses" conducts to push people to improve even his daily lifes (when philosophies like Lean are well conducted)
Probably, most of the organisations (speaking only in Colombian case), aren't even implementing a basic quality management, maybe it's because will take to much time or is difficult and when it involves technology it's considered expensive.
The proposal of this blog is to explain, offer guide and provide applications that could be "easy" for you to understand, implement and hold it in time. I refer as "EASY" if you keep in mind elements like discipline, emphasis in learning and as japanese say 「 頑張ります」"ganbarimasu" or "do your best".
I didn't tell you what are the elements that I'll explain or guide. Well the tittle consider technology as an element but I hadn't write about it. Well, I'm passionate for science data and computational intelligence. This is the future, it will help to run best marketing approachs, cyclical production, lean manufacturing and service, in two words Smart Manufacturing. . Well, it sounds like a "panacea", however I consider this a not so far future.
Elements that will guide you is a basic understanding in programming (it's not neccesary a developer level), logic, consider points like Lean, six - sigma, Statistics.
